Welcome to Digimon: Kids in America! We are an AU Digimon RP taking place in the fictional Tower City, New Jersey. Tower City was changed forever after it was attacked by a MetalTyrannomon. Digimon seek out human partners while Zony tries to conceal the existence of Digimon from the world. The balance between the Human and Digital Worlds spirals toward chaos.
How'dy folks! This is your friendly neighbourhood mineral welcoming you all to the site, both new and old! There are going to be some changes from Season 1 as we move into Season 2, so please bare with us here. With a new season comes new changes, such as Tokyo, JP opening up as a playable area and Japan getting it's own digital world server. Crests will also be replaced with something new, so look forward to it.
As always, any questions and concerns will be heard, and suggestions are welcomed as well. Just understand that the focus of the site cannot be lost, and so no everything will be incorporated into the mechanics and plot. Even so, go forth and plot and have fun!
With Mateo being a lovable goofball...whose more impulsive and free spirited than wise and methodical...Gabu here is the exact opposite of his tamer. While Mateo always seems to have his headin the clouds, Gabu is a very grounded and realistic digimon. He's very straight forward with his feelings and tries to be tactful and honest with himself and others. Ever polite, Gabu's kind hearted and usually has nothing mean to say about anyone he meets. Unlike Mateo, Gabu is trusting only to a point. He's naturally wary and always on his guard. TO say he's a bit protective would be an understatement. While for Mateo things are varying shades of grey, Gabu sees things a bit more ‘clearly’ as he puts it. To him everything is black and white. What isn’t good must be evil, what isn’t right must be wrong. He has a rather high moralistic view of the world and holds himself and others to his almost impossibly high standards, causing him to be a bit repressed because of this. Like Mateo though Gabu is a perfect gentle’man’ with manners and mannerisms to match.
Smile Fang Lures his opponents into a false sense of security, before he launches at them, bitting them fiercely.
Tail Whack: Smacks someone with his tail.
Kitty Allergies Forces all the extra cat hair and dandruff on him to fly at an opponent messing with their sinuses and allergies, causing them to go into a sneezing fit.
Bubble Blaster: Shoots a stream of stinky bubbles at his opponets that air aimed at their faces, in hopes of having them overwhelmed by the terrible smell.
Rookie, Vacinne, Reptile
Although it is covered by a fur pelt, it is clearly a Reptile Digimon. Due to its extremely timid and shy personality, it always gathers up the data which Garurumon leaves behind, and shapes it into a fur pelt to wear. Because it is wearing the fur pelt of Garurumon, who is feared by other Digimon, it fills the role of safeguarding itself as a result of protecting its body. When it is wearing the fur pelt, its personality does a complete 180° shift.
Petit Fire: Quite possibly Gabumon’s strongest Attack. Through the use of his own power, he’s able to summon blue flames from his mouth. The small bt of fire shoots out of his snout like a small pillar of fire burning hot enough to melt through metal.
Blue Cyclone: By jumping in the air, Gabumon is able to stretch his arms out as far as they can and begin spinning around at super fast speeds. So fast in fact that he becomes a blur inside a small cyclone of fire that he generates from his mouth and spirals outwards to surround him, and attacking those around him.
Gabumon Shot: Much like petit fire but the difference is that stream of fire is concentrated into a more powerful, but slightly slower moving, ball of blue fire that he’s able to direct towards his enemy and like petit fire is channled through his snout of all things.
Skull Crusher: Basically a head but with his horn. It’s strong enough that Gabumon is able to break rocks with this attack. He either jumps at a target, or charges at them, with his horn.
Champion, Vacinne, Angel
Heaven’s Knuckle: Gathers holy power in its fist and shoots a beam of holy light from it.
God Typhoon: Angemon uses his speed and his holy rod to spin in the air at super fast speeds to create a typoon of sorts, that he uses to collided right into his opponent(s) knocking them away or deflecting or repelling weaker attacks.
Hand of fate: A stronger version of Heaven’s knuckle, where he summons the full might of his entire power into one attack . It’s his most powerful attack, but since the attack itself requires all his power, he quickly de digivolves after using the attack.
Halo Attack: A halo, or several halos, appear above his head and shoot out towards his enemy. The attack is made up of divine power, and cut through foes as if they were blades of celestial power.
Grand Cross: A healing power. By channeling his energy into his staff and wings he creates a cross image (that's really just his staff with his wings stretched out to give ti a cross like look) and bathes anyone in his immediate vicinity in holy light, healing them to a degree.
Ultimate, Vacinne, Archangel
Heavens Heal: By stretching all 8 of his wings out as far as he can, Holy Angemon is able to channel his celestial energy into his wings and channel it outwards, in order to either heal himself or more effectively heal others around him that are doused in his divine light.
Shield Counter: Holy angemon raises his energy shield, and channels some of his energy into it, in order to have it withstadn and deflect an attack being shot at him. The energy shield can withstand minor attacks, and once he deflects or blocks it, he strikes at the enemy with his holy sword.
Excalibur: Imbues his energy sword with celestial power and fires it out as energy blades able to strike either one target in multiple spots, or several targets at once.
Heaven’s Gate: Opens a portal to another dimension that sucks in the enemy and seals them away, or blasts the enemy with light from the gate.
Mega, virtue, vaccine
Zenith Gate: By raising his key into the air and unlocking it (by twisting it to the side) he’s able to summon powerful gates before him, that burst open and shoot out energy aimed at his oponent.
Gates of Time: By unlocking the gate of time itself, a rare power that requires his full energy to do so, he’s able to forcefully de digivolve weaker digimon (champion and lower?) to their previous state. They don’t loose power or energy just randomly de digivolve.
Binding Chains: Summoning pains to bind his opponent, but can be uses in another of different ways as well such as using the chains to pull someone away or towards something, or as a rope of sorts .
Gate of Space: Able to open up a small gate, to teleport himself, others, or even attacks to other spots.
