Once an area known for selling its gadgets and electronics, it has grown into an anime subculture now home to anime and manga shops, maid cafes, and many gaming shops. One can still buy general electronics here, though.

Like any other place in the world, Tokyo has many different areas one could live in. However due to the city's priority on keeping their lives clean, there is no true "slums" within the greater Tokyo area. There are areas that are incredibly crowded for low income individuals or families, and then there are greater living areas with fancy homes and what not. Tokyo can be a very crowded place where one must mind their manners, or spacious as well where one is given more freedom.
